Bus Drivers

This is Jim, one of our volunteer bus drivers. We have two buses: a 12-seater Toyota Bus and a 22-seater Toyota bus. Our drivers drive to the port daily to ferry crew from the Berth to the CBD. They also do transfers of crew to the airport in Perth as well as transport sick or injured crew to medical doctors.

Shop Sales Staff

This is Lizzy, one of our volunteer shop sales staff. Our shop sales staff operate the sourvenirs shop and the foreign exchange. We also sell pre-activated mobile SIMs and recharge vouchers to enable crew to contact home when back on ship.

Ship Visitors

This is Kevin, one of our volunteer ship visitors. Our ship visitors visit vessels when they berth and minister to the crew. They provide a listening ear and a prayeful heart. Caring for the Seafarers of the world is our moto and this is done in very practical ways.

Chaplains

This is Terry, one of our volunteer ordained chaplains. Chaplains are available to offer Holy Communion and Blessings of Ships.

Clothing

This is Cheryl, one of our volunteer shelf stockers. We offer free clothing to crew who need that extra pair of work pants or jackets.  We also have free beanies and hand knitted blankets.

Foreign Exchange

This is Bruce, one of our volunteers who manages our Foreign Exchange Bureau. We offer good rates with no fees. Buy and sell rates are the same price so any unused currency can be changed back free of charge. .
